All products are subject of availability and are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
For international deliveries we advise you to ship to your day-time address as our delivery hours are 9am to 5pm.
Standard time of delivery is three days within Europe and five to ten business days for international orders. During peak season deliveries might be slightly delayed. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery hub.
Goods must be picked up within one week of notification after which the goods will automatically be sent back to disdocs.com. Uncollected goods will result in a 20 € charge, which is equivalent to the real cost of shipping and packing. Please note that goods you wish to return still need to be collected to avoid extra charges.
The shipping charge will be added to your order and clearly visible on your receipt.
Disdocs.com will not be covering additional charges related to import such as import tax.
Returns and refunds
We hope you will love your new purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 10 days to return your goods. Should the product have been sent to you by mistake or you receive a product you did not order, disdocs.com will pay the shipping charge.
Keep in mind when returning goods:
- The customer will pay all shipping charges related to the return.
- The product has to be unused and the original packaging and tags have to be attached.
- A copy of the original receipt has to be attached.
Returns where above specifications have not been fulfilled will be sent back and related charges will be charged to your account.
How to return:
Send the product along with a copy of the original receipt to the address stated below. You will be reimbursed when the goods has been received and handled, although no more than 10 days after making your return.
